The records department is an important part of the Montezuma Police Department's ability to function as an agency. The clerks have a enormous responsibility to maintain all the department's records from reports, citations, case files, flow of funds in and out of the department, and many other duties.

Martha Hardy

Record / Court Clerk

 Martha Hardy is from Americus, Georgia. She resided in Florida until 1994, and since then, has been a resident of Macon County. She has been a Records/Court Clerk for the Montezuma Police Department for 14 years.  

As a Records/Court Clerk, she maintains records and reports for the police department & Municipal Court (prepares docket) along with recording and filing citations. Her duties also include providing information to the public, government agencies, and officers within the department.

Nathandriel Hosley-Williamson

Records / Court Clerk

 Nathandriel Hosley-Williamson is a Macon County resident. She graduated from South Georgia Technical College with a certificate in Criminal Justice in 2006. She is married to Carlos Williamson. Mrs. Williamson was hired with the department in 2008 as a Records / Court Clerk.  Her duties involve completing incident, accident, arrest, manual & computerized monthly reports, and other various duties.  She is also the receptionist/customer service for the department.
