Captain Charles Cannon, Jr. is the Head Of Investigations Division within Montezuma Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for over 18 years. Captain Cannon's main function at Montezuma Police Department is to investigate crimes and criminal activity. He is the Assistant Chief in the administrative level as well. Captain Cannon is also a Drug Investigator, leading the department on all drug investigations. He also operates as the evidence custodian for the department, ensuring that all evidence is handled, packaged and stored properly. Captain Cannon oversees all investigations that the department conducts and ensures it is conducted within policy and procedure.
